A written scope
You see the room-by-room list before you book, not after. If something on it does not apply to your place, we take it off and say so.

Ask in Spanish and you are answered in Spanish — on the phone, on WhatsApp, and at your front door. Nothing gets lost in the middle.
Straight answers
If a stain will not come out, a window is out of safe reach, or a job needs two visits instead of one, we tell you before we start — not after.
